Thank you for your interest in AIO App Inc. ("AIO", "we", "us", or "our"). AIO operates websites, mobile applications, and related products and services on behalf of customer restaurants availing services from AIO ("Merchants").

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the end-users or customers of Merchants ("you") keen on or already using our website, mobile applications, and related products and services ("Services") either through direct interaction with AIO or with Merchants.

We have implemented this Privacy Policy to provide you with information on how we collect, hold, share, and use your personal information. If you are an employee of our Merchant using our third-party payroll service, we may additionally require personal information including but not limited to your government issued identification numbers such as social security number or state or local identification number (e.g., a Driver’s License or other government-issued identification number), demographic details, banking information.

In all cases, the personal information we collect will vary depending on your interaction with us and the Services you are availing. Additionally, we will gather information such as your preferences for receiving updates regarding marketing campaigns and communications, your valuable feedback when you avail our Services, or communicate any suggestions, complaints, or opinions to enhance our Services.

13. AMENDMENTS
